Welcome to the Ministry of Make-Believe

Welcome Agents! We're so glad you're here.

On this page you'll find all 7 episodes* of Wrongsemble's digital theatrical adventure HUMBUG. You'll need to watch each one to work out who is trying to sabotage Christmas, and save the day!

*Plus an additional 'Introductory Notes' Audio Description File to give you a little insight to the characters: this has been created for blind and partially sighted audiences but can be enjoyed by everyone.

We suggest you start at Episode 1 and work your way though in order.

You can watch HUMBUG as much as you like until 5th January 2021 (after which time they will self-destruct). Don't forget to refer to your Fact File and artefacts to help you solve the mystery...

Kind Regards,

HUMBUG: INTRODUCTORY NOTES

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Ministry of Make-Believe! I’m Dash and I’m going to take you on a bit of a tour and introduce you to my
colleagues.

This audio description has been created for blind and partially sighted audiences but can be enjoyed by everyone.

HUMBUG: EPISODE 1

Welcome to the Ministry of Make-Believe. In this episode we'll meet Epiphany Kringle - Minister of Make-Believe, and me - Agent Dashford Frost. It's time to start our mission and work who (or what) is trying to sabotage Christmas!

- Agent Dash

HUMBUG: EPISODE 2

First stop is the Horticulture Department. In this episode we'll meet Eva Green - Head of Horticulture. I've never met anyone who likes trees as much as her! But things are looking a little wilted in this leafy part of the Ministry.

- Agent Dash

HUMBUG: EPISODE 3

Next up is the Decoration Department. In this episode we'll meet Candy and Cane, who are in charge of all things glittery. It's like walking into a sitcom in this department, and I'm worried the joke might be on me!

- Agent Dash

HUMBUG: EPISODE 4

Time to swing by the Gastronomy Department. In this episode we'll meet Head Chef Poinsettia Plum, who's dealing with some unruly ingredients. Let's find out what's cooking (or rather burning) in the Ministry's kitchen.

- Agent Dash

HUMBUG: EPISODE 5

The final department on the map is Sentiment. In this episode we'll meet Robin Tinselle who manages the Sentiment Archive, where they store precious memories and moments. Maybe the answer we're looking for lies here?

- Agent Dash

HUMBUG: EPISODE 6

Down in the basement of the
Ministry of Make-Believe we need to piece together the clues and work out once and for all who's responsible for sabotaging Christmas...

- Agent Dash

HUMBUG: EPISODE 7

In the final episode of HUMBUG it's time to face the music, and see who survives our biggest challenge yet...

Can we save the day? And Christmas?
